For the month of July ONLY, we’re offering drop-in opportunities for our small group strength classes for women! These classes are for women who want to lift weights in a safe, supportive environment under the guidance of a physical therapist. Dr. Sam, pelvic floor physical therapist and strength coach will guide you through strength training workouts blending dumbbells, kettlebells and pilates-based exercises to help you build strength in your core and pelvic floor and get FULL body strong. ALL fitness levels are welcome. Limited spots available so you get individualized form feedback and coaching. $45/class.
Tuesdays at 4:15pm = lower body + core day. Thursdays at 9:30am = upper body + core day.
