Small Group Strength Training
for Women

8-week series of small group strength classes for women taught by Dr. Sam, a pelvic floor physical therapist and strength coach.

These classes will use bodyweight, dumbbells or kettlebells to get you full body strong. Workouts are designed and taught by a physical therapist using a progressive overload training method guaranteed to help you get stronger every week.

By the end of the 8-weeks you will:

💪 be at LEAST 50% stronger than you are now so you can easily lift your bags of garden soil and 50 pound suitcase without having to ask your partner for help;

💪 increase your muscle tone and actually SEE the results of your hard work;

💪 feel stronger and more stable in your back, hips and knees so you can enjoy long, painfree hikes or finally get back to running again;

💪 feel stronger in your core so your back doesn't hurt every morning when you get out of bed;

💪 feel more confident in your lifting form knowing you're doing the exercises correctly to prevent injuries (and be able to lift heavier weight);

💪 have superwoman energy and focus throughout the day to get all your sh*t done without needing your afternoon cup o' joe (or a nap);

💪 have a new community of other awesome women getting stronger together.
