  • Founder, Physical Therapist & Strength Coach

    Dr. Sam has 10+ years as a physical therapist and 20+ years in the fitness industry. Growing up as a competitive dancer and volleyball player, movement has always been a part of her life.

    She is obsessed with helping women lift weights and helping them see they are capable of SO much more than they realize - both in AND outside of the gym.

    When she’s not working with clients or running the business, she’s either hiking with her very active toddler and husband, lifting weights or meditating.

  • Physical Therapist & Strength Coach

    Dr. Kira has 6+ years experience as a physical therapist and specializes in treating all pelvic floor-related concerns and is a magician at treating pain related to sports injuries, too.

    As a Brazilian jiu-jitsu competitor and former Cross-Fitter, she knows the high demand of those sports and loves working with athletes of all levels.

    She especially loves working with women new to weight-lifting and creating a safe, non-intimidating space for them to feel strong and empowered.

    Outside of work, she’s either competing in jiu-jitsu, lifting weights, volunteering at PAWS wildlife rehab center or shopping for plants.

  • Strength Coach

    Dani has 13 years experience as a Certified Personal Trainer with advanced certifications and trainings including - Menopause Coaching Specialist through Girls Gone Strong, Pre & Postnatal Health Coach, and Nutrition Specialist through Precision Nutrition.

    She’s worked with women at every stage of life - busy moms, professionals balancing it all, beginners finding their footing, and seasoned athletes wanting to push their limits.

    She believes that strength isn’t just about lifting weights. It’s about building confidence, resilience, and energy to show up as the best version of yourself in AND out of the gym.

    When she’s not coaching our small group strength classes, you can find her with an iced coffee in hand chasing after her toddler.
