45-minute strength class combining pilates and weight lifting followed by 10 minutes of stretching, yoga, breathwork, meditation and/or journaling time (this will vary every class!) to help you connect with your Core, your Self, and your Inner Power.
Led by Dr. Sam Chernak, a pelvic floor physical therapist and strength coach, this soul-filling class will help ground you in your body and leave feeling strong, powerful and Connected.
ALL fitness levels welcome. Offered one Saturday per month. $45/class.
