These classes are for women who want to lift weights to feel strong, capable and powerful in their bodies in a positive, supportive environment. Dr. Sam, pelvic floor physical therapist and strength coach will guide you through a full body strength workout using dumbbells, kettlebells and pilates-based exercises to help you build strength in your core and pelvic floor and get FULL body strong.
Classes are capped at 6 women so you get individualized form feedback and coaching. ALL fitness and experience levels are welcome - whether you’re brand new to lifting weights or an experienced lifter, every class is scalable and modifiable to meet you where YOU’RE at right now.
